The Business Touch:
We always greet our guests in-person. Our property manager will meet you at your pre-agreed check-in time between 3:15pm and 8:00pm to explain the features of the property, hand over keys, and show you how to access the secure parking area.
If your stay is longer than a few days, they will also arrange a convenient day for housekeeping.
Check-out is by 12:00 midday on your day of departure. Our property manager will arrange key return with you in advance — a simple and straightforward process.
During your stay, if you need assistance or have any questions, our property manager is your first point of contact. You will also be provided with an emergency contact number.
For longer bookings and corporate stays, we are happy to discuss flexible check-in/out times where possible, and can arrange a tailored housekeeping schedule to suit your team’s needs.
