We always greet our guests in-person. Our property manager will meet you at your pre-agreed check in time between 3:15pm and 8:00pm to explain the features of the property, to hand over keys and show you how to access the secure parking area. If your stay is longer than a few days, they will also arrange a day to come back for housekeeping.
